(1) The duties, duties and powers of the Vice-President shall be as follows:-
(a) To assist the Assembly and the Council in determining the policy of the Council.
(B) Arranging and conducting teaching, training and research for the operation and development of technical education and professional training.
(c) To coordinate the short-term and long-term plans and programs of the Council.
(D) To do other work delegated by the assembly or council.
(2) In the absence of the Vice-Chairman or when the position is vacant, the duties, duties and rights assigned to him shall be exercised and followed by the Member-Secretary.
